Echinacea (root: Immune enhancing, anti-inflammatory. Traditionally used to modulate the immune system and treat and prevent acute infections, swollen lymph glands and prevent infections.
Yarrow & Elder (flower): Traditionally used to treat upper respiratory infections, fever, sinus headaches and congestion due to their anti-inflammatory, diaphoretic, vasodilatory and antimicrobial actions.
Ginger (rhizome): Is a circulatory stimulant, anti-inflammatory, supports fever, digestive and decongestant. Traditionally used to assist with acute infections, fever and upper respiratory ailments.
Aniseed: Is an expectorant and antimicrobial. Traditionally used to help with upper respiratory infections and to relieve congestion.
Brewing Instructions:
2 teasp = 1 serve. Place in strainer.
Add to 1 cup boiled water.
Steep 3-5 minutes. Strain & enjoy. For a stronger effect, steep another 3-5mins.
