Shipping

Australian orders:

For orders $75 and over, shipping is free.

For orders under $75, there is a flat rate of $10 shipping.

Orders are sent via Australia Post or CouriersPlease.

We currently do not offer express shipping due to courier delivery delays. Hopefully timeframes are rectified soon. Thank you for your patience.

International shipping:

Flat rate: $40. We use Australia Post for international deliveries.

Please email us at info@meditea.co so we can give you a delivery cost and timeframe. Please note it can take up to 6 weeks.

Medi.tea is not responsible for taxes, customs or border fees which are usually incurred when the shipment reaches its destination country.

Delivery timeframes 

Australian capital cities: 2-7 business days.

Other areas: 5-14 business days.

Returns Policy

If your order arrives damaged or there has been an error with your order, please contact us at info@meditea.co, please include your original order number, customer details and a photo of the damaged or incorrect goods. We will get back to you as quickly as possible to resolve any issues. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We recommend you send any returns via registered post, as we are not liable for lost items being returned to us.

Please allow 3-10 business days for your return to be received. Exchanges and replacements will be send out as quickly as possible and are subject to normal delivery timeframes.
